Job Summary
Service Coordinator handling front-line CSR/dispatcher duties, coordinating and scheduling HVAC/fireplace jobs via Field Edge CRM, handling basic AP/AR, communicating with suppliers and vendors, monitoring fleet activity via GPS, and maintaining a strong customer-service focus in a fast-paced environment. Requires CRM/dispatching experience and strong communication; OT and weekend availability during peak seasons. Some Saturdays 10 am–3 pm requested; full-time role based in Hackensack, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Previous CRM and/or dispatching experience is required.
- Previous experience in a service company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) highly preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Proficient or familiarity w/ Field Edge CRM platform is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes helpful but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.
- Ability to interact with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ability to multi-task a must.
