Job Summary
Coordinate scheduling of technicians for commercial HVAC service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs; prepare and review service quotes; communicate with customers to provide updates and deliver quotes; support Service Manager with monitoring work orders, billing, and contract compliance; maintain accurate records of service requests, quotes, and completed work; assist in procurement of parts, materials, and subcontractors; provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless delivery of service; track open quotes and follow up with customers to close opportunities; promote Jennings Mechanical’s values of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in HVAC service coordination, dispatch, or quoting in the commercial mechanical industry required
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret service scopes, proposals, or technical documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jonas, or similar)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
