Service Coordinator

Schedule, dispatch, and manage service jobs for the field technician team per work orders. Coordinate customer service authorizations with technicians, foremen, managers, and the parts department while providing cost estimates and quotations. Identify repair needs, assign estimated times to work order segments, and approve service reports after final inspections. Communicate job start times and completion dates to customers, update them on changes, and explain pricing options. Review invoices prior to closing work orders and invoice customers based on internal and warranty work. Assist the service manager with administrative duties and train service writers when needed. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with three or more years of service writer experience strongly preferred. The position involves physical demands including moving on or under machines and lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional visits to agriculture or construction sites. Schedule is day shift, Monday through Friday.
