Job Summary
Service Coordinator role at James River Equipment in Greensboro focusing on scheduling/dispatching service jobs for field technicians, coordinating with service staff and parts, providing cost estimates and payment options, identifying repair needs, communicating job timelines to customers, recommending additional service work, assigning estimates to work orders, approving service reports, and handling invoicing while supporting the service department administratively. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience as a service writer, warranty processor or service advisor in a related industry strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and consistent follow up
- Daily computer usage in work order systems, with experience in CDK at plus
- Knowledge of service department operations and/or warranty processes preferred
