Service Coördinator

Plan daily schedules and optimize assignments for technicians and service partners while processing urgent orders and scheduling changes efficiently. Maintain contact with customers regarding repairs and appointments, coordinate with logistics on spare part availability, and handle administrative documentation for work orders and service reports. Collaborate closely with technicians, logistics, and clients to ensure rapid and effective resolution of service and incident requests. This role is critical for maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction within the Service department of Intergas.
