Job Summary
Manage service delivery to maximize community impact by supervising staff, volunteers, and contractual team members while ensuring alignment with trauma-informed care principles. Collect and input client and service activity data, develop proposals, forecast and manage budgets, and oversee monthly reporting and financial paperwork. Provide oversight of assigned projects to ensure compliance with agency policies, monitor staff accountability including time sheets and leave requests, and facilitate multi-agency coordination. Communicate agency goals to community groups through presentations and media appearances. Work extended, non-traditional hours based on stakeholder requirements and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in education, health, social work, child growth and development, early childhood or other related human service field
- A minimum of four (4) years experience in the respective field
- Experience in working in a collaborative environment building organizational and stakeholder relationships and planning
- Previous direct services leadership experience
- Certificate or license, as applicable, by the appropriate State agency
- State of Texas vehicle operator's license
- Proof of liability insurance
