Job Summary
Coordinate service resources, dispatch, and assign team members to HVAC projects based on skill sets and availability. Schedule personnel, materials, and subcontractors while managing interactions with Project Managers and Field Technicians to control operations. Procure labor and materials within financial standards, generate work orders, and route customer concerns to assigned staff. Maintain daily communication with the Parts Department and Project Administrators, responding to special requests and generating various reports. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with flexible Friday scheduling, reporting to Service Managers. Requires a college certificate or degree with one year of experience, plus strong phone skills and familiarity with HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone
- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions
- Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred
