Job Summary
Service Coordinator II/Digital Equity Coordinator provides and coordinates community-based services to maximize impact, supervises staff, volunteers and contractual team members, collects and inputs data, and ensures services align with Social Determinants of Health through trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include proposal development, budgeting and forecasting, training coordination, monthly reporting, mentor outreach, youth programming and college/career readiness, partnership cultivation, and travel to conferences as part of The Clubhouse Network and Best Buy Teen Tech Center. Requires associates degree with several years of relevant experience or equivalent education, Texas driver’s license, and ability to drive agency vans; preferred bachelor’s degree and additional youth-services experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree and four (4) years’ experience or High school diploma/GED and eight (8) years’ experience in education, health, social work, or other related human service field, required.
- 2+ years of experience in youth services, especially youth development with the support of adult mentors
- State of Texas vehicle operator’s license and proof of liability insurance. Ability to drive agency vans to transport youth for field trips.
