Job Summary
Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance jobs while coordinating with supervisors and district managers. Handle customer inquiries, track technician time and attendance, and manage invoice billing and warranty administration. Perform local AP/AR functions, process parts orders, and maintain OSHA logs and Enterprise Resource System data. Assist new hires with paperwork, file work orders and equipment, and notify insurance carriers for workers compensation claims. Requires 6-8 years of HVAC service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6-8+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field
- Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with HVAC Technicians (preferred)
