Job Summary
Coordinate service work orders for the Generator Department: schedule service technicians daily, respond to incoming service calls, assist external customers with service needs, prepare quotations for service projects (including emergency calls, scheduled maintenance, and preventative maintenance agreements), monitor invoicing and WIP, collaborate with the parts department to ensure parts availability, monitor maintenance agreements, input service data in business systems, and may support other departments during vacations or warehouse tasks in Jacksonville.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, or 2 to 3 years of customer service and/or logistics experience (industrial experience preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
