Job Summary
Service Coordinator providing administrative support to the Service department; coordinates field service activities, oversees service technician time jobs, manages warranty claims (distributors), RMAs, and training logistics, and assists in payments collection. Requires multitasking, timely task completion, collaboration with multiple departments, strong communication, and adherence to safety and procedural policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent
- Two-year college or technical school equivalent
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with coordinating service logistics and warranty processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; SAP experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team
- Knowledge of safety, health and environmental rules and procedures
