Job Summary
Provide Service Coordination activities and assessments to assigned caseload, maintain all required monthly contacts, link resources of various providers to consumers, advocate, and participate in the judicial system in accordance with Texoma Community Center’s philosophy, goals and objectives. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. Join a team of dedicated service providers who seek to promote accessibility of services that improve quality of life and support self-determination for persons with mental and developmental disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education or Counseling as outlined in TAC
