Job Summary
Service Coordinator at FlackTek acts as the central communication hub for the Service organization, coordinating service requests, repairs, scheduling, and customer communications while maintaining accurate Salesforce case documentation. The role connects customers, Service Technicians, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and supports continued improvement of service processes. Reports to the Service Manager and requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, customer support, repair administration, or related operational roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM and business software systems
