Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, customer support, repair administration, or related operational roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM and business software systems
