Service Coordinator – Field

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service calls, requests, and inquiries. Coordinate and schedule work for field service technicians, confirm details with customers, and provide status updates. Open, update, and close work orders and invoices accurately; order parts for field service and shop repairs. Assist with repair quotes, incremental service estimates, timecard entry, and administrative tracking. Collaborate with CSA and internal departments to meet service needs while maintaining confidentiality. Provide coverage for other Service Department roles and remain flexible for occasional after-hours support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College or technical coursework preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience supporting field service, dispatch, or technical operations
- Experience working with service management or ERP systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
