Service Coordinator - Early Childhood (Spanish speakers preferred)

Coordinate case management and advocacy for children aged 3-5 with developmental disabilities; develop and monitor the Individual Program Plan (IPP); assist families in acquiring and maintaining assessed supports and services; advocate for clients with community agencies; consult with and assist vendors with certifications, applications and referrals; complete required forms, documentation and reports; rotate officer-of-the-day duties with other staff; provide emergency on-call services as required. Spanish speakers preferred.
