Job Summary
Coordinate service activities and dispatch technicians; handle customer communication, invoicing, job closeout, and documentation; support fire alarm and sprinkler service operations; assist with quoting and proposals; manage permits and scheduling; maintain service records; collaborate with office staff, technicians, and management to support scheduling, customer communication, billing, and general administrative functions.
Required Qualifications
- Fire alarm and/or sprinkler industry experience preferred
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, service operations, billing, invoicing, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and service management software
- Experience with invoicing, job costing, billing coordination, or accounting-related functions is a plus
- Experience with quoting or proposal preparation is a plus
