Job Summary
Service Coordinator / Dispatcher responsible for answering service calls, dispatching HVAC technicians, coordinating daily technician schedules, creating purchase orders, reconciling time entries for payroll, scheduling PM inspections, maintaining service and PM call lists, reviewing service tickets for accuracy and billing readiness, processing purchasing card transactions, managing truck stock, and providing backup support to other dispatchers. Emphasis on customer communications, multitasking in a fast-paced office, and supporting field service operations with strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
