Job Summary
Service Coordinator with responsibility for managing shipping/receiving, generating quotes, and coordinating repair tool flow. Serve as primary customer contact for repair status and inquiries, collaborate with technicians, vendors, and Sales Engineers across North America, provide onsite field-service quotations and scheduling, maintain ERP records (Acumatica), and oversee inventory of shipping/repair supplies while ensuring timely, accurate communications and process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with ERP software (Acumatica) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
