Job Summary
Service Coordinator (Clerical) supports multiple teams with administrative tasks, assists project managers and production managers with project coordination and pre-construction administration, assists sales/estimating with prequalification and bid submittals, handles work orders and invoicing for service projects, aids contract review and records management, supports payroll AR and billing functions, and maintains office procedures and filing systems; requires high school diploma/GED, strong software skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities; Spanish language ability preferred and commercial roofing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of construction administrative experience
- Notary
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
