Job Summary
Receive new client referrals and conduct assessments of client needs through interviews, collateral contacts, and investigations. Develop casework plans with clients, perform casework services, and counsel individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, or mental health disabilities. Maintain caseloads involving personal, family, or socio-economic problems while attending to protection and safety needs. Complete in-person home visits to maintain client contact and coordinate various social, community, and other services. Work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings to accommodate families, with local travel required for home visits and mileage reimbursement. Hybrid or WFH options are available after six months.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, or closely related
- One year of professional social work experience
