Job Summary
Service Coordinator for a nationwide pump-system service, repair, and maintenance provider. Responsibilities include delegating service tasks, monitoring progress, organizing technician schedules, creating and updating work orders, handling customer calls and complaints, processing service orders and invoices, auditing the service department for efficiency, scheduling technicians for projects, coordinating weekly service meetings, and updating ERP data (Syteline). Required Qualifications
- Two-year college, technical school, trade school; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Previous sales and/or management experience in a fast-paced service company is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Can easily work with complex computer software and analytical tools.
- Continuous improvement skillset and organizational best practices.
