Job Summary
Coordinate service work for roofing or siding repairs; place orders, track and schedule repairs, and manage materials and jobs. Track unfinished work and reschedule as needed; update records, perform data entry, and schedule service requests. Communicate professionally with field managers, suppliers, homeowners, and coworkers; provide follow-up and status updates as requested by management. Back up the Senior Service Coordinator as needed. Requires strong communication, customer service, time management, and teamwork skills; HS diploma or GED and 1 year of office or construction experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in office or construction industry preferred
