Job Summary
Service Coordinator responsible for driving customer satisfaction by delivering service-execution excellence. Acts as single point of contact during service jobs, schedules work, and manages quotes. Coordinates resources, spare parts, and logistics; handles contract management to meet obligations and quality, safety, and environmental requirements. Manages the Service order process from quotation to invoicing and cash collection, and ensures timely reporting and documentation. Collaborates with other Accelleron units to harmonize service activities and shares findings with product/system units. Builds and maintains customer relationships, manages requirements and inquiries, and ensures ongoing communication. Requires 2 years of experience in marine or power generation as a service engineer, hands-on servicing/maintenance/repair experience, SAP/ERP knowledge, travel readiness (10–20 days domestically to Mexico/USA), leadership, and strong communication. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the marine or power generation field, working as a service engineer.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing heavy marine or power generation equipment.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- The ability to spend approximately 10 to 20 days traveling to domestic locations in Mexico or the United States.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
