Service Coordinator (9 Month Contract)

Job Summary
Service Coordinator on a 9-month contract supporting the Service department. Responsibilities include maintaining the service system with engineer reports, processing and chasing invoices, arranging engineers’ travel (car hire delivery/collection, flight bookings, visa processing), general day-to-day administration (absences, phone duties, mail distribution), distributing monthly reports to Accounts/Managers/Directors, managing quotations and pricing on the service system, issuing invoices timely, coordinating with peers on disputes, and returning files for follow-up quotes. Core strengths include English proficiency for editing and communication, strong computer skills (Word/Excel) and the ability to handle confidential information, along with proven experience in a similar role and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders across levels.
Required Qualifications
- Good standard of English required for editing, proofreading, reporting and translating client documents or engineer reports when required
- Experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy including typing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn internal systems
- Knowledge of good office and administrative practices
- Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external contacts
- Ability to handle confidential issues as necessary
Desired Qualifications
