Job Summary
Service Controls Technician responsible for surveying, troubleshooting, and upgrading HVAC building control systems in Inland Northwest (Eastern & Central Washington). Role involves completing service calls and preventative maintenance, diagnosing deficiencies, performing upgrades/retrofits, documenting test results, and communicating with customers. Requires knowledge of HVAC controls (pneumatic and electronic), energy management/BBR systems, and direct digital control (DDC) systems; proficiency in software programming, graphics, and testing control sequences. Minimum 2 years’ experience or a 2-year degree with experience in Siemens and/or Honeywell building controls; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings; and physical capability to lift 20-50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- A 2-year degree and/or 2-5 years’ minimum experience working with HVAC and control systems with an emphasis on direct digital control systems.
