Job Summary
Service Contract Controller responsible for the financial and administrative control of service and maintenance contracts. You will monitor margins, ensure accurate invoicing, and timely financial reporting in SAP, acting as the main sparring partner for the Service Manager and the Finance department. You will oversee contract administration, analyze contract results (revenue, costs, margins), manage purchasing and invoicing workflows, track hours against budgets, and proactively advise the service delivery manager. You will support financial audits and internal controls, coordinating with technical teams to ensure transparent and reliable financial data across projects in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- MBO-4 or HBO degree in finance or related field
- Experience in project or contract controlling or similar role
- Strong SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel) skills
- Knowledge of procurement and sales processes
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proactive and independent work attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in technical or project environments is a plus
