Job Summary
Engage in meaningful conversations to assess member needs and recommend tailored product solutions while consistently meeting individual and team sales goals. Process a wide variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and wire transfers, handling cash accurately and managing Safe Deposit Box entries. Resolve member concerns with action and effectiveness to maintain ongoing communication and ensure satisfaction. Adhere to WECU's Core Values and all applicable laws and regulations while maintaining branch security procedures. Manage attendance and schedule availability to support branch needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Related experience in a similar role at a financial institution preferred or 1 year customer facing sales experience
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant training and/or lending experience in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution
- Bi-lingual Spanish
