Job Summary
Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions, assist with cash transactions and cash fulfillment, and perform first-line device maintenance to meet business goals. Build client relationships, identify service and digital needs, educate on self-service and online channels, assist with online applications, resolve login issues, facilitate service needs online, and contribute to cross-selling and lead generation while ensuring compliance and risk controls. Tasks include processing deposits/withdrawals/foreign exchange, balancing cash, managing queue flow, ensuring ATM/device availability, and supporting risk and security policies; role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and adherence to governance and controls.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (NQF Level) in Banking Services
- Minimum 1-2 years Retail/Banking Client Service, Cash, Technology Savvy
- Customer service principles
