Job Summary
Welcome and engage customers with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish. Accurately document customer concerns, create detailed repair orders, and provide timely updates on vehicle status. Consult clients on recommended repairs, review completed work for accuracy, and prepare invoices for billing. Process service payments and manage cash transactions while coordinating workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and maintain a clean work area. Requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in telephone etiquette, and ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
