Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, resolve repair problems, and present recommended service suggestions using the MPI system. Gain customer approval for all repair orders before technicians begin work, while selling proper services to meet perceived needs. Monitor vehicle progress, follow through on promises, and ensure guest communication aligns with company values. Maintain honesty and integrity throughout the sales and repair process.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales ability
- basic automotive knowledge
- Is legally able to work in the United States
- Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability
- Pre-employment drug screen
