Greet all guests with a smile, offer complimentary beverages, and establish rapport to ensure a positive customer experience under any circumstance. Prepare and pull up vehicles for showings, test drives, and deliveries. Arrange and organize the inventory lot. For private test drives, coordinate arrangements with Sales Managers. Take photos of trades, input them and VINs into the system, and assist with trade appraisals. Work full-time hours with a focus on customer experience.
