Job Summary
Conduct technical and commercial order verification, manage project administration, and coordinate logistics operations including material procurement and freight calculations. Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and offers while maintaining contract documentation and generating performance reports. Coordinate customer communications and handle technical support for service projects. Requires a commercial degree, technical background, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Full-time role with an all-in salary starting at €4,000 gross monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B: Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ähnliches)
- Technische Ausbildung (bspw. Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik)
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Logistik
- Erfahrung im Vertragswesen, Kalkulation und Fakturierung
- Technisches Grundverständnis, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektromechanik
- Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP / C4C und Operation1
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Umsetzungs- und Ergebnisorientierung mit effizientem Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement
Desired Qualifications
