Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French (C1) and good English (B1)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (ideally in e-commerce or similar)
- excellent communication with empathetic, solutions-oriented approach
- ability to manage orders, inquiries, returns and complaints with precise documentation
- ability to coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery processes
- ability to maintain and update customer data; contribute to process improvements
- strong organizational skills, prioritization, and quick learning of new tools/systems
- comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, international environment
