Job Summary
Ensure MCN is provided for new partners and validate that contracts are completed and portal access is established. Confirm training for customer employees is set to ensure required competency, and verify access to Service Parts Accounts and Oracle setups. Distribute Diagnostic Keys or other services tools to partners and track their revenue, reporting directly to the M1 Program Manager. This role supports the onboarding of financial channel partners within NCR Atleos' global self-service banking division.
Required Qualifications
- Ensure that MCN is already provided for the New Partners
- Ensure that Contract has been completed
- Access to the Portal and NCR@YS applications
- Training for CEs is established
- Partner has the required competency
- Access to Service Parts Account
- Oracle set-up
- Required Diagnostic Keys or Other Services Tools
- Training on the portal as it relates to Services Applications
- Tracking the Revenue of New Partners
- Report to M1 Program Manager
