Service Champion

The Taco Bell Team Member serves as the first face customers see or hear, sets the tone for the customer experience, and contributes to the restaurant’s overall service flow. Key duties include taking orders or preparing food, helping resolve customer issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and keeping the work and dining areas clean and safe. The role is with KC Bell Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, and franchisees set their own wage/benefit programs. The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, benefits after 1 year, and part- or full-time shifts including late-night hours. Requires a friendly, punctual, and appearance-conscious attitude and being at least 16 years old.
