Job Summary
The Taco Bell Team Member is the first face customers see or hear when visiting our restaurant, delivering friendly service and helping bring the Taco Bell experience to life. Responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving customer issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and keeping a clean, safe work and dining environment. You will set the tone for customer experience and support daily operations. This role is with KC Bell Inc., a franchisee of Taco Bell (your employer will be KC Bell Inc. and not Taco Bell Corp.).
