Job Summary
Customer-focused Service Centre Representative supporting front and back of house functions (mailroom, reception, administration) at a client premises in Christchurch. Permanent part-time role (8 hours/week) with hours split over two days or one full day; duties include day-to-day service centre operations, room setups, mailroom/reprographics tasks, vehicle/carpark management, general admin, responding to emails/Teams messages/phone calls, delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, and ensuring adherence to Canon and client Health & Safety standards. Requires driver’s license, MS Office proficiency, reliability, adaptability, and strong teamwork; position may expand to more hours depending on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
- Very high standard of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Physically fit to lift heavy items when required
- Must have a Driver’s License
