Job Summary
Operate fixed and mobile plant including blenders, forklifts, and loaders to prepare and load fertiliser blends accurately. Maintain site presentation, perform basic preventative maintenance checks, and complete inventory, dispatch, and inward goods transactions. Connect with customers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver timely service while upholding safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards. This hands-on role supports safe site operations and exceptional service for farmers and growers across New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- A full, valid driver licence
- Experience in transport, warehousing, distribution or agricultural environments
- Working knowledge of heavy machinery, industrial equipment or vehicles
- General Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- A commitment to safe work practices, quality standards, continuous improvement and great customer service
Desired Qualifications
- SAP knowledge
