Job Summary
Process orders, dispatch dockets, and store transfers accurately while coordinating with carriers, contractors, and sales teams to support smooth delivery. Manage weighbridge, container, and fuel activities alongside inventory cycle stocktakes and low-stock reporting. Provide general operations support including site communications, health and safety inductions, and incident reporting. Work in a busy logistics environment requiring strong multitasking and attention to detail. Applications close 21 August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar administration, service centre, logistics or operations support role
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong multitasking skills
- Confidence managing priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive approach to safety, health, environment and wellbeing
