Job Summary

Lead branch operations for Trane Technologies' Glasgow and Carlisle depots, managing staff, assigning work, and driving service and aftersales growth. Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the location while ensuring compliance with corporate governance, HSE standards, and all relevant regulations. Direct quotations, procurement, and work-in-progress to meet agreed margins and ERP requirements, and develop career pathways for the team. Track budgets, manage overheads, and execute strategies to diversify into the Thermo King product portfolio. Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service levels and prompt resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications

Experience in Business Management
Seasoned professional with relevant work experience within a similar role/service Industry
Strong experience of managing a team
Computer literate with focus on Microsoft Excel
Computer literate with focus on Microsoft Word
Computer literate with focus on Microsoft PowerPoint
Computer literate with focus on Microsoft Outlook
Experience with company ERP system
Full P&L responsibility for the location
Hands-on approach
