Lead a high-performing team at the Traralgon Automotive Glass Service Centre, driving exceptional customer service, stakeholder relationships with customers, insurers and suppliers, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing daily/weekly scheduling, coaching and developing team members, monitoring KPIs and budgets, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Network Area Manager and senior leadership to support growth and success in a globally recognized brand.
