Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and products via phone, in-shop, and at customer sites while responding promptly to inbound calls and walk-ins. Process customer requests including rental quotes, order placement, and contract renewals, then accurately enter orders and arrange delivery per agreement terms. Collaborate with branch staff to resolve issues, support technicians with work orders and parts retrieval, and compile operational metrics. Ensure proper time entry, billing, and payment updates while maintaining up-to-date credentials and safety training for onsite technicians. Create and maintain a safe workplace, document process flows, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Comparable expertise to the degree
- Light construction experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability
- Basic circuit testing knowledge
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Familiarity with Field Service applications
- Familiarity with CRM applications
