Job Summary
Service Center Representative at a credit union providing service and information to members via phone in a fast-paced call center. Responsibilities include accurately completing account maintenance and processing transactions, researching and resolving complex member questions with a focus on one-call resolution, maintaining knowledge of loan servicing, wire transactions, debit/credit card maintenance, online banking, fraud, and scheduling, providing technical support navigating multiple computer programs, verifying members to prevent fraud, and communicating across channels (email, chat, member relationship management, and sales system) to assist members in the moment.
