Job Summary
Conduct direct customer interactions at the Service Center window, handling tasks including customer relations, check cashing, telephone inquiries, lottery ticket sales, merchandise sales, returns, and rain checks as required. Maintain availability for scheduled shifts of 20-30 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, to meet department needs. Bring at least one year of cashier experience, with Service Center or Cash Office background preferred, though training is provided. Demonstrate organization, dependability, and strong customer service skills while working well with co-workers under minimal supervision.
