Job Summary

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the service center, drive team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, basic maintenance tasks, inventory tracking, and safety adherence. Must be able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process, achieve SuperPro certification, and work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and communication skills. On-the-job training is provided, with promotions promoted from within and a stable schedule ending by 7pm at most locations.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business is required
