Responsibilities include performing oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication services, vehicle inspections, basic maintenance (tire rotations, fluid checks), inventory tracking, maintaining a clean organized work area, and enforcing safety protocols. Required Qualifications
- 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business is required
- Achieve SuperPro certification

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
