Service Center Manager

Job Summary
Plan and direct all service-center activities at the Virginia Beach location to meet Busch service-center business goals, managing the repair and re-manufacturing of vacuum furnaces and pumps, ensuring safe, high-quality work with on-time delivery while achieving KPIs. Requires minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/operations, ability to train and coach staff, implement Lean/continuous-improvement practices, review payroll and expenses, and provide technical assistance to field service, sales, and customers. Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and knowledge of vacuum equipment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree (Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related) Required
- 7+ years of experience leading an Operations organization in lean industrial manufacturing or repair environment: Required
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Knowledge of vacuum-based equipment: Highly Preferred
