Job Summary
Service Center Manager responsible for overseeing store operations, staff management (technicians, sales, and admin), inventory oversight, profitability, and achieving sales targets for tires, parts, and services. Focus on delivering high-quality customer service, implementing efficient processes, managing labor costs, scheduling, and maintaining compliance and safety standards. Requires leadership to hire/train staff, drive teamwork, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with marketing for promotions, manage billing and cash flow, and uphold vendor relationships. Preferred candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business/management and ASE or related certifications; strong knowledge of automotive repair services and industry trends, with proven retail management and customer-service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in automotive or tire industry
- Experience in customer service and team management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive repair services, tire products, and industry trends
- ASE certification or other relevant industry certifications a plus
