Job Summary
Oversee daily service-center operations at the Columbus, OH facility, including workflow, scheduling, and productivity; develop and maintain strong customer relationships; monitor operational costs to drive profitability; ensure timely completion of repair orders and parts tickets; resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly; maintain dealer relationships and support service work contracts; oversee warranty claim processing and timely reimbursements; ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations; lead training, coaching, and ongoing development of the service-center team; manage employee relations and maintain a positive, high-performance work environment; drive performance, accountability, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced indoor service setting with occasional field support.
Required Qualifications
- Five to seven years of experience in a related field
- Three years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
