Job Summary
Lead a service center for emergency equipment with full-time weekday operations in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily service-center operations (workflow, scheduling, productivity), maintaining customer relationships, monitoring costs to drive profitability, ensuring timely closing of repair orders and parts tickets, handling customer concerns, maintaining dealer relationships and service work contracts, overseeing warranty claims and reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Provide training, coaching, and development for staff; manage employee relations and performance; motivate the team to maintain high quality and safety standards while balancing customer needs with operational goals. Requires 5–7 years of related field experience and at least 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening. Location: Bowling Green, KY; schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; no rotating shifts. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in a related field
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Leadership responsibilities including training, coaching, and development
